Candy Candy came to work for us in 1990. She has been an assistant and a senior part of our staff for many years. Candy is now operating our annex where we sell pet foods and some pet supplies. Candy and husband Joe, share their home with their dogs "Cami" and "Buffy" and cat named "Napoleon". Candy and Joe have two sons, Dan and Cody.
	Vicki Vicki has been with us since 1994. Vicki works as a receptionist. When not working she and her husband, Tim, are busy raising and showing English Mastiffs. Vicki currently owns 5 English Mastiffs and a Pug, named "Missy".
	Chelsea C.V.T. Chelsea is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She graduated from St. Petersburg Junior College in 1996 and came to work with us in 1997. She enjoys most sports but is a "die-hard" Red Sox Fan! She extends her family to five cats, including the "always-in-to-something" kitties, "Grace" and "Mazie".
	Ashley Ashley has been with our office since 1999. Ashley and fiance', Gerry share their home with four cats named "Lancelot", "Prudence", "Jet", and "Baby" a bearded dragon named "Falcore", a 5 year old dachshund named "Jackson" and their a rat named "Louie".
	Nancy Nancy has been a member of our front office since February 2003. Nancy, her husband Ron, and daughter, Jessica, share their home with 2 dogs, a cat, 2 cows and a fish.
	Michaela C.V.T. Michaela joined our staff after moving to Florida from New York in 2005. She attended Adirondack Community College and SUNY-Canton where she received her certification as a Veterinary Technician. Michaela and her husband Ian, dogs Fenway & Moose, and her cat, Yaz, are all enjoying Florida living.
	Rachel C.V.T. Rachel has been a member of our staff since May of 2007. Rachel recently completed the Certified Veterinary Technician program at S.P.J.C.  She shares her home with her Border Collie Mix named "Roo", and her Jack Russell, "Farley".
	Jessica C.V.T. Jessica and her husband, Justin, recently moved to this area from Gainesville. Jessica graduated from SPJC in 2001 as a CVT, and again in 2006 with her Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree. Jessica and Justin share thier home with 3 cats, Panda, Flower and Marty and thier pug Pee Wee.
	Austin Austin is a returning member of our assistant staff. Austin's plans include attending St. Petesburg Junior College for their Certified Veterinary Technician Program. Austin and her husband Brandon were just married this past July, they share their home with a Boxer named Moose  and Dumper a domestic longhaired kitty.
	Kristy Kristy has come back to the DeSoto Animal Clinic receptionist staff, after a 3 year hiatus. Kristy, her husband Todd, and daughter Savannah all share their home with Brandy a beagle, Cooper a golden retriever and a cat named Gabbie.
	Carrie Carrie is a new member of our staff, she has been cross trained to work both the reception and the treatment areas of our practice. Carrie plans on pursuing a career as a Certified Veterinary Technician at the S.P.J.C. Carrie shares her home with her dogs, Cerveza, Shady and Cleo and her cat named Marley.
	Ruth Ruth is a returning member of our staff. She is currently enrolled at S.C.F. and in the future plans on enrolling at S.P.J.C. for the Certified Veterinary Technician program. Ruth shares her home with her dog Hercules, two cats named Zorro and Ivy, two parakeets named Veruca and Charlie and a beta fish named Flea.
	Amy Amy is a new member of our kennel staff. Amy and her family have been longtime clients of DeSoto Animal Clinic and currently own 3 cats and 2 dogs. Amy will be a Junior at Palmetto High School this coming fall.
